Quilts, and a whole lot more…

If you have not used our services yet, please read our recommendations for what will make our job easier and complete your quilting in a timely fashion.
You may bring in your own batting at the time you bring in your quilt. We do carry a full line of Quilters Dream Batting and usually have the size you need in stock. If we don’t, we’ll order it for you in time to complete your project.
We strive to keep our turnaround time to 3 weeks or less. If it will take more than 3 weeks, we will let you know at the time you bring your quilt in. If you have a rush job, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to work within your limited schedule. There is no charge if we are able to work you in. However, if we have to put another project aside to fit yours in, there may be a charge. You will know that, as well, when we discuss the quilting estimate. Our estimates are always free, so if you are unsure about how much it will cost, we’d be happy to give you a range of prices.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with receipt and the item must be in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fabrics that have been cut off the bolt or special orders. Learn more about our store policies.
Of course! Gift certificates are perfect for the quilters in your life. We carry other gift items as well. Learn more about gifts and gift certificates.
We have found that most of the time it is difficult for someone to describe their project over the phone with enough clarity that we are able to give them a precise cost estimate. We much prefer to see the item we would be embroidering because then we can see the type of fabric we would be embroidering on and if there are any inherent difficulties in getting the project into a hoop on our machine. If you insist on a “guesstimate”, we will give you a range of pricing so as not to misstate what the actual project will cost. It is best if you bring in your project so we can give you an accurate cost estimate.
Any project that we do for the embroidery machine must be put into a program that the embroidery machine can read. The term for that is “digitizing” the pattern. If it is straight lettering, we can do that in-house and the cost would be less than if we sent it off to our digitizer. However, items like a specialized font style, company logo, school mascot, etc. will need to be sent out to a digitizer to make into a stitch file that our Tajima can read. That will be a one-time cost which we can quote you once we see the design to be digitized. An average cost for a logo that would be embroidered on a hat or shirt front, is approximately $40-50. Larger patterns we need to send the pattern to the digitizer to get a quote. Once you pay that amount, we save the pattern for later use and on repeat business you only pay the cost to stitch it out.
