What should I know before bringing in my quilt?

If you have not used our services yet, please read our recommendations for what will make our job easier and complete your quilting in a timely fashion.

Do I need to provide my own batting if you are completing my quilt?

You may bring in your own batting at the time you bring in your quilt. We do carry a full line of Quilters Dream Batting and usually have the size you need in stock. If we don’t, we’ll order it for you in time to complete your project.

How long will it take for you to complete my quilt?

We strive to keep our turnaround time to 3 weeks or less. If it will take more than 3 weeks, we will let you know at the time you bring your quilt in. If you have a rush job, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to work within your limited schedule. There is no charge if we are able to work you in. However, if we have to put another project aside to fit yours in, there may be a charge. You will know that, as well, when we discuss the quilting estimate. Our estimates are always free, so if you are unsure about how much it will cost, we’d be happy to give you a range of prices.

What is your policy on refunds or exchanges?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with receipt and the item must be in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fabrics that have been cut off the bolt or special orders. Learn more about our store policies.
