Our Policies

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with receipt and the item must be in its original packaging.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on fabrics that have been cut off the bolt or special orders.
• We do not pay for return postage.

Special Orders

We require a minimum 50% deposit on a special order before it is placed. Balance is due on receipt. Returns are not accepted.

Guild Member Discount

NotJustQuiltZ offers a 10% discount to Guild members, when making a minimum purchase of $25. Just show us your current membership card. Discounts do not apply to Back ‘N Stash and Sale items.

Backing Fabric Discount

Receive 10% off your backing fabric when you bring in a completed quilt top; excludes Back ‘N Stash and Sale fabrics.

Class Policies

• We strive to give each student special time with the instructor, keeping a low student-teacher ratio (maximum 8-10 students depending upon the class.)
• Class fees are payable to NotJustQuiltZ prior to class.
• Refunds for class fees are available if NJQ cancels a class or student cancels class prior to 3 days before class. If class is cancelled 3 or fewer days before class or student doesn’t show up for the class, student will receive a credit good toward a future class.
• Students are given a 10% discount on all fabrics, kits, notions purchased for a class.
